Registration

Attendees can use this platform to register for both the ICSA-Phaedon Institute SenoTherapeutics Summit (September 16, 2025) and the 10^th Annual ICSA Meeting (September 17-19, 2025). Please note that special pricing is available for combined registrations.

 Early bird pricing and Abstract Submission deadlines are June 15^th, 2025 23:59 CEST.

 Active ICSA members receive a 50€ discount on all registration options that include the ICSA conference. If you are not yet an ICSA member, please click here  to become one now. Please note that the discount does not apply to “Friends of ICSA”.

Upon registration, attendees will have the opportunity add two optional events: 

• The Gala Dinner at Baja Roma on Thursday September 18^th, 2025. This event will begin at 20:00h and will include dinner, an open bar, DJ and dancing. Event space is limited to the first 200 participants, so we kindly ask for a 30€ supplemental fee in order to reserve your spot.
• A guided walking tour of the historic center of Rome. This event will take place at the end of the conference, following lunch on Friday September 19^th, 2025. We will travel together by public transit to the city center, where we will meet our certified guides. The tour will last approximately 2 hours and contain some of the historic highlights of the city. Conference attendees are welcome to bring their guests (spouse, child, etc.) along. Tour pricing is not included in the registration fee, but can be purchased at checkout for 30€ per person.
